How to mount my front pedestal seat?

I have a 13' aluminum boat that I just put a 1/2" plywood floor in and I lag bolted the front pedestal seat to the floor and I used it the first time and while sitting in it the bolat come right out. What is some good ways to mount the front pedestal seats? Thanks for all your help!

1/2 inch plywood is nowhere near thick enough to securely hold lag bolts or screws. Mounting plates are available right here on iBoats. You then install machine screws through the pedestal base, the floor, and into the plate located beneath the floor. You install the plate through the hole under the pedestal.
