1988 50HP TellTale

Does the 1988 50hp Force have a TellTale? I see two holes there, however there is no real pee stream from it? Can anyone tell me if this model has one or not? Also doe anyone know where I could get an online manual for it?

Try reading the first sticky on adding TellTale, as for the online manual I never actually seen a Electronic version online but I do know you can buy a hard copy from iboats. Ebay has hard copies & CD's but I heard the CD's diagrams are not so clear.
