I recently bought a 1995 Evinrude Intruder 150hp from a guy and ran great the first 5 mins in the water. took it home opened up the air box and it was full of sand, did a compression test came back good , clean the carbs trottle openings, airbox, new plugs but it has a hard time starting up. will hesitate with starting fluid but will start. and when running i have to keep pumping the bulb. the bulb wont stay firm. its like the darn sucks fuel but the tank wont give it any. i changed tanks bulbs lines and still the same, anyone with these problems? and if so do you know where i can get a new fuel pump of rebuild kit?
