Proper way of bolting a 9.8 Nissan 2009

I am planning of bolting my engine what do you put around the bolt to seal?
Manual instruction bolt and washer and other side. Any tips? I will mark the 2 holes adjust engine left or right then drill.

Any good below-the-waterline sealer will work. We use 3M 5200 mostly.

If I used 3M 5200 wont it be permanent might have a hard time taking bolt in the future .
