2003 75 hp 4-stroke. Will not idle. Will only run at half throttle. Very little to no vacuum at accelerator pump. I used a piece of tubing and sucked a light vacuum then throttled back to idle and ran fine until I released the vacuum. How do I restore the proper vacuum to this line which is connected to the bottom carb and accelerator pump?
