Lightbulb 1975 evinrude 75 HP dead cylinder, have questions

Hello everyone this is my first post here and i am hoping you all can help,

I have a 1975 Evinrude 75 HP hustler outboard motor, i bought a boat and this one came free along with the motor i have on the boat now,

Anyway my question is this, i did a compression check on all 3 cylinders because there was no power, the top cylinder is totally dead 0 PSI, the middle and bottom cylinders read 145+ PSI so i need to fix this,

I would like to know what the best repair manual is that i can get to help me with this, i have looked all over the web and don't know which is which and i remember reading a thread here, (actually a few) that said which was probably the best one, but i cant seem to find the threads anymore.

I know iboats sells these so if anyone can help me out with a link to click on that will take me to the exact manual i would appreciate it.

Thanks you.

As far as manuals go, it really depends on your own experience and ability, a lot of people who are new to mechanics as well as outboards have said that the OEM manuals are too technical and perfer a SELOC or Clymer's manuals, while those who are mechanical but have never touched an outboard usually perfer an OEM manual...

The problems with the SELOC and Clymer's manuals IMO, is they usually cover a range of engines and are not model specific and usually that one tidbit of info you really need isn't covered... So I always source an OEM manual... I stay away from the CD rom copies of manuals people sell as they can sometimes be incomplete and are most likely illegal copies anyways...

Ken Cook manuals and Ebay are both great places to source an OEM manual... Both new and used... Heck even some public library's have OEM manuals that have been donated to them available for check out...
