Default 60 HP Mercury o/b No spark at any cylinder

Motor S/N 108912 - I think it is 1988? Started motor with boat on trailer - no problem. Launched boat - motor started no problem. Ran boat for 15 minutes to yacht club to pick up dingy. Shut motor down for 5 minutes. Would not start and hasn't since. Gas is new. Checked for spark and found there was no spark at any cylinder. Not sure what next steps to take. Any direction or assistance gratefully accepted.

Thanks for your reply. The number came off of a permanently attached plate located on the motor near the transom mount that said S/N A-108912. There was no other information on the plate except for the name and address of the company. I double checked it this morning after not being able to match it up with the Mercury S/N to model year list. I do not see any other such plates with information on the motor. Any suggestions where to look?
I hate to admit that I do not know where the kill switch is located so it is entirely possible that I have accidently tripped it. Can you educate me?

A108912 is a 1985. The kill switch is normally located on the remote near the throttle.

Storm winds keep me from heading out to the mooring early, but I will go out as son as I can and study the remote to see if I have a kill switch that I may have accidently tripped. I can take a photo of the remote if I do not see anything. Can you suggest any thing else for me to check out while I am out there? I sure appreciate your assistance.
