i loose power....

First sorry for the quality of the english i'm a beginner.

I got a mercrusier 4.3 lx on a thundercraft 89...

When i give up full power at the start of a ride the engine didnot give is full power.
So the boat cant go out of water rapidly..

When its running on idle no prob..

When i give power slowy it retack its position and its ok ..so 'no weird nose'

Oil and all liquid are full.... the spart plugs are new.. no air looses... new propper, new battery..

I dont know what can i check to resolve by myself the problem...

I need help please...

It sounds like you are saying that the boat wants to stall when you give it power. Am I right? If I am, it could be the carb or the you may have some bad gas. If the gas is old, I would drain it and refill. If not, add some drygas or octane booster. If that does not help you may have to look at the carb itself or the fuel filter(s). I believe he is saying that if he gives it a lot of gas quickly it bogs down but if it he gives it throttle slowly its fine?? Definitly sounds like a fuel or carb problem. Check/change all of the fuel filters and lines. If that doesnt fix it then it sounds like its time for a carb rebuild.
