I bought a 1977 9.9 evinrude. Mod # 10724a and I can't get it to fire. It is getting good spark at the plugs. It sat for a year in a shed or warehouse without being winterized. It seems to be getting gas at the plugs. What I don't understand is if the gas is getting to the plugs and I have spark why isn't it fireing? And should I go ahead and rebuild the carb. Or can I spray it with something like seafoam?
