I have a 2003 2300CC that I have started having an electrial issue with. After a few minutes of having a switch on the switch panel on I lose all power to the 12volt accessories (lights, radio, washdown pump, etc.......). After a minute or so power is restored and everything is working again. It seems to me there is a bad switch somewhere. Is there a thermal switch or relay that would cause this issue? If so, can you direct me to such a switch. I do have dual batteries with a dual battery switch in place. All of these connections are good. Thanks for your help.

Sounds like a short somewhere. If all of the accessories go dead, perhaps it's shorting from the battery. Do you have a voltmeter to test the circuit?
