Oil Leak Help??

I have Alpha One Sterndrive Gen 2 with oil leaking from the front of the Upper Control Unit from the shaft above the Speedometer connection. I am about to pull the drive. Do I need to just replace all the seals on the Upper Unit??

Did this outdrive start to leak recently or was it worked on and leaked afterwards. Sounds like you're referring to the shift rod.

It just started leaking last week. No work has been done on it.
