rookie prop question

I have a 1989 four winns horizon 4.3 omc cobra sterndrive. I clipped a rock and now no go, boat goes at low rpms but nothing when more acceleration is there some sort of shear pin to be replaced

Ayuh,... Prop questions belong in the Prop Forum....

But,.. The prop has a rubber hub,.. Your's is Junk,.. Put a new prop on it...

Probably a spun hub you can put an indeleble mark across the hub and test it
check the mark.Prop can be rehubbed.
