Bunk Size?

I'm a first time owner of a boat and trailer. When I bought my boat there was no trailer with it, I just bought one that needs a few repairs. A few of the repairs are as follows and I need a little help with what to get.

Bunks- I will be making my own, but what length do they need to be?
Rollers- A few are shot so I don't know what type or size I need.

All I really know about the boat trailer is that it can fit a 12-14 foot boat and it's a tilt trailer. I have a 12 foot Seamaid aluminum boat. I will include pictures of my trailer.

Re: Bunk Size?

on an aluminum boat, i would use 2x4 turned flat. let it stick out the back 18-24 inches, and about 6 inches in front of the middle cross member. use brackets like this.

Re: Bunk Size?

Thanks for the reply. I will order some more parts for the swivel and do some work once the weather gets a bit nicer.
