yeah i have a evinrude 115 4cc E115tcrd dont know the year motor and when i take it out it don't open up iv had it open up 3 times i cant fig out what the deal is can some one help? Plz
ya i found that but what shoud i do about it bogging down when i open up the thradll it wont go that fast it like going 5 mph it wont fly down the water like it should
the other number on there is jo415536 and yes i have did the spark test and to of them was down would i have to rering it? and the carb i have no clue on that we got the bout from my cuz for a bottle of wiskiy any input would help thank you
