1960 5.5 evinrude high speed needle replacement

I bought a high speed needle replacement. I got needle, nut and 2 washers and knob and screw. I need help on how they are put in the carb. The old one has been replaced with just a bolt so I can not just follow what the old one looked like. Any help on which goes first and then what goes next would be great help. How to do it is basiclly what I need to know.

insert washers, then the needle, then nut, nut is a packing nut that compresses the washers, keeps air out, and needle from turning, once set.
