Hello I boats!!!!!

So I am going to make some modifications to my ski locker. What I want to do is construct a couple of bins in there for storage. But my hesitation is to screw anything into the sides of the locker. As this would be the stringers. They are molded fiberglass. If I used SS screws and sealed them am I going to be putting the stringers at any risk.
Thanks

Not if they are all fiberglass, and even if they were 'glass over wood, properly done there's little chance of water intrusion. There shouldn't be alot of water sloshing around in there anyway. pre-drill the holes..inject some 5200..mount the panels, also to stop the screws from coming loose..use some silicone/adhesive to supplement the attachment of panels.

just use 5200 on everything, it will never come loose.

Thanks guys!

I have a tube of 5200 for this but I just wanted some more opinions as to whether this was Ok or not. Now I have confirmation from the experts I will proceed.
Thanks again to this wonderful resource and forums.
