3.0 Spark Plugs...

Ok, I have a 1987 Sea Ray Seville with 3.0 Mercruiser in it. What type of spark plug do I need? When searching I get "To 0F353100" and things like that. I'm assuming it's talking about the serial number, but I am 200 miles away from my boat, and was planning on bringing plugs up to it this weekend. Any suggestions? I was thinking about putting NGKs in it. Thanks. Also, what type of oil do you recommend for this motor?

What is in the engine now?
Is there a decal on the valve cover stating spark plug type?

Unfortunately I'm over 200 miles away from my lake where the boat is at, and there is no way for me to get somebody to go check it for me. And when I get there this weekend there will be no way for me to get plugs, unless WalMart has some...

Thanks, any idea of what NGK plugs would correlate with that? I have always used NGK in my toys...
