GPS Units-Which is better?

I'm thinking of purchasing either a Lowrance I-Finder H2OC, I-Finder Expedition C or a Garmin GPSMap 76CX or the 76SCX unit.
Which would be better?
I will be going out on the Saginaw Bay for walleyes here in Michigan.

I would take one of the Garmin Oregon series over all of those you mentioned.
