Hi, I took my boat out the other day and at 2000 rpms to 4500 rpms my oil pressure stay at 40-43psi and when I back it down to idle after a 5-10 minute run the oil pressure drops to 15psi. Does any one have the factory oil pressure specs? The oil I am using is Moble one synthetic 15w-50. Is the oil pressure ok and is this the right oil or should I try sae30. I also ran the engine today on a hose attachment for 20 minutes to bring it up to temp and it ran at idle at 35 oil psi. Now i am really confused. Please help!!! Thank you for your help.
