Trim question

Hey guys, was loading the boat today and had the motor trimmed up to where I wanted it but when the prop dug into the water to load it the motor went down to a lower position. Is there anywhere where I can tighten some nuts or something? Is occurrs when the motor is off the 2 trim rams( dont know if that is the correct term) Any help would be appreciated. THanks

When the motor is only held by the center tilt cylinder you're limited to about 2000 RPM. More than that, and the engine thrust will cause it to drop back onto the trim cylinders.

With the engine off, if you can tilt so you are off of the trim cylinders and it holds its position without leaking down then everything is working correctly.
