No Spark

I have a 1980 200 H/P V6 Evinrude Outboard Motor. It overheated and stalled the engine.Then I changed the water pump impeller and the engine turnes over good but it wont start. Check for spark but no spark. Thanks for help.

A couple of thoughts - if all you really changed was the impeller you need to go back and change the complete pump assembly. You'll need to look at the head gaskets, deflectors, t-stats and pop off valves too. As for the no spark, unplug the red cannon plug (wiring harness) and check again.
