I have exactly 110psi in both cylinders in my 1994 J15..

I recently purchased the motor and have it out of the water for my recently purchased fuel pump and carb kits from iboats.
I just tested both cylinders at exactly 110psi.
Is my psi allright?

Ya that is good, was that cold or hot, if cold that is really good.

Mine is about 110ish cold and 135 hot, I prefer to check cold though, less chance of stripping plug threads.

Thanks all,

I am installing both the kits now, boy did I need em.
With the new power pack that the owner had installed the day I purchased and with my good compression and my kits from iboats I should be doing well with this motor. We are sailors and need it for "ship to shore".

5150, the motor was tested while mildly warm, and WOT.
