1966 Johnson Caprice Timing and Parts

Hello, Picked up a mint condition 1966 Johnson Caprice fro $500! With the original trailer and looks showroom new. Problem is the timing belt broke and I don't really have a replacement....checking out Napa shortly....AND I have no idea how to set the timing once I locate a belt. I've searched these forums too... A service manual would be great but I can't find one to buy.

The fuel system also had to be replaced. New pump. Had to substitute it with a different model but same type. One of the screens on top of the carb leaks out fuel when running....too much PSI?

90HP I/O, four-cylinder, two-cycle

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
