broken bolts

while removing the pump from a 93 WRIII that had never been removed several of the bolts that secure the ride plate broke. these are the bolts that go thru the fiberglass. any ideas on how best to remove them?

If you can, use an ez-out (http://www.brokentap.com/easy-outs.html). If not the second best way is to drill right down the middle with a smaller bit then the bolt and if you can clean out the hole with a tap.

If you have some material left that can be griped on to, soak it good with penetrating lube (assuming no wood is involved) and use vice grips. That's the extent of my knowledge for removing broken bolts.
