Hi folks. I have a Mercury 402 40hp 1979. Ran ok till two days back. Yesterday though as soon as I moved the remote control from forward down to throttle the engine stops. The engine starts ok all the time, the small throttle lever used at start up works perfect and affects throttle change. Engine keeps running at neutral position. Any help to solve this problem would be great. Thanks in advance to all. M
