Volvo Penta serpentine belt problem

I have a problem with my serpentine belt walking on the crank/ seawater pulley just enough to eat the belt and cause failure. It is a 2007 4.3l volvo. I know this means that a pulley is out of whack and I have checked the alignment and it appears that the crank pulley is set back a little more than all of the others. My question is - is there a washer/ spacer that should be behind this pulley? If not, any suggestions? The engine was recently replaced and I found a washer in the bilge after installation. I can't find any schematic that shows a washer if there is one.

Thanks

Re: Volvo Penta serpentine belt problem

solved the prob - had to switch back to old timing chain and gears with reductor ring. That was causing the pulley to sit back just enough to throw it off.
