Pulling to the right

My SIL bought a toon last year and I drove it around because she said it pulls to the right. She was right LOL, I checked the toons for water and both were dry. You can drive it and let go of the wheel and pulls to the right. I'm thinking the trim tab is the cause of this because it's off center( a good little bit) when you look at it from behind. Question is do you turn the tab in the direction it pulls to?

If it pulls to the right move the rear of the tab to the right.
You might try adjustng the trim a little too.

That was what I was thinking, I just wanted to make sure. I am going to have to wade up to my chest to fix it and I didn't want to be in there that long.
