1976 Chrysler carb adjustment 35hp

Well I believe that everything is in order now, thanks to all of you, but I would be greatfull if someone could tell me where to start with my carb adjustment. How many turn out? Again thank you all you've been a great help.

Start with 1 1/8 turns out. You want to run slightly rich. Adjust clock wise till it races then counter clockwise till it stumbles midpoint between the two is the goal but I would do about 1/8 turn richer then that point.
