Default Aluminum boat repair

Hi, I am new here, can anyone point me in the direction of how to repair a couple of small holes in the bottom of a 1965 Sea King 12 foot aluminum? I don't know yet where the holes are, they are small, I would rather not have to weld it, what about JB weld, or gas tank sealer? Please feel free to throw any ideas at me,

Welcome to iboats!

Please re-read the rules.... no contact information permitted.

The solution to aluminum hull leaks is an application of Gluvit penetrating epoxy.

Steve mostly depends on the size of the holes small ones under 3/8" use closed end rivets ( as long as the holes are round ) larger round holes use stailness bolts sealed with 3M 5200 once done seal inside the boat all seams and rivets with Gluvit. I will add if the holes are not round in shape then some aluminum sealed with 5200 and riveted over the hole with closed end rivets and then gluvit inside. Oh yeah welcome to iboats and the tinny crew .
