I have a 1970's 14 foot aluminum crestliner fishing boat. It has an in the floor drain hole - I do not have the original plug - the various ones I have tried leak or stick out bottom of boat too far.

I recently found a photo of what I think I need - anyone know where I can find one? I have scoured the internet with out any luck.

Re: Boat plug

First off, Welcome to the forum!!:):)
I believe the threads are plumbing sized. Go to a plumbing supply house and find the right thread size. Give the plumbing house the size and ask them to thread one for you. My old man was always addicted to duct tape and a boat we had as kids had the same problem. He actually installed an old plumbing water valve that fit right in, you just had to make sure you didn't turn the valve or you would start flooding the boat.
