I've got an OLD DT16 that is mostly blue except for the engine cover that has white panels with a red and blue decal.I only say this because at one time it must have been stolen ie: s/n ground off. Now to my problem,it dies at idle,runs like a champ otherwise. I've adjusted the carb,no help,the fuel filter is new.Sometimes when it starts to die I can pump the bulb to keep it going
