I have a 99 Ranger R61 with 90hp Mariner - 1999. It has run well this spring but this morning it just turned over and over and wouldn't fire. Put new bulb on and it will fire if I pump the bulb while turning it over. Any thoughts? Is it the fuel pump? Can I get by with a fuel pump repair kit? Are these easy to install? Thanks!!!
