Mike, Hopefully it is like my '59 Fat Fifty.
Turn flywheel until timing mark on it aligns with cast mark on block (rear of flywheel). Pull starter may have timing mark on it as well. Advance throttle until timing mark on dissy pulley base aligns with punch mark on black dissy bracket. Turn dissy pully until timing mark on pully aligns with mark on pully base. Install dissy belt. Adjust arm that opens carb such that mark on brass cam just touches rubber wheel on carb throttle rod.
