Does anyone have any idea where I can find new dust caps for a 1960 Gator Trailer. I just recently bought the trailer and was checking the wheel bearings. I thought that these were the typical press in kind and was using a screw driver to try to pry them off. Unfortunately I punched a hole in the dust cap cover, only to figure out that these are actually dust caps that screw in. Never seen that type before. Have checked several resources and they have no clue on where to get them. I am hoping that someone out there has gone through something similiar in trying to replace them. I have attached a photo of the dust cap if that helps. The outside diameter is 1 15/16" Thanks.

... ya thats gunna be tuff. can you just go with buddy bearing rubber caps? or similar rubber dust caps over your exposed hub? they may need the help of good ol fashion black tape to make sure they stay on but beats nothing.

good luck
