I have an 03 60hp mercury with less than 20 hours on it. I recently picked it up and previous owner didnt use it in nearly 2 years. I drained all the old gas i could and filled with new. It will start and run for about 30 seconds alone then die. It will run about 2 minutes when i give it throttle then it will die. What could it be??
