MRCRUISER 4.3 i/o ON Stingray - just changed impeller and reinstalled and forward and reverse somehow switched - any ideas?

I'm not sure that's even possible. Did you find this out in the water, or by turning the prop and it ratches one way and not the other?

Are they truly reversed, or do you just have one and not the other?

Di you have both the drive and shifter in FWD during re-assembly?
