Hi forum, this is my first post.

My family recently sold our old beater boat (86 SeaRay seville). Mostly because it was getting less and less reliable.

I'm looking to get a nice reliable newer boat for family fun, mostly cruising and a bit of skiing/fishing/tubing.

I've been focused mostly on 17-19' bowriders from reputable brands (Glastron, Sea Ray, Ebbtide, Four Winns etc) & built this century (2000 or newer)

This boat caught my eye (2004 SeaSwirl 170 Bowrider):

original owner, 20 hours, looks well maintained and in good shape.

NADA puts this boat at around $10k which is what I have to spend.

Any advice on The SeaSwirl brand or other toughts appreciated.

Seem like a good deal to you guys if the boat checks out?

thanks

Driven a couple of these exact models over the years, and I like them. It is a nice find to with a V6 as many of them came with the 4 cyls. I am amazed to see it has dual batteries. Seems like a good deal to me.

That boat is absolutely gorgeous. Looks like a great deal to me. And sometimes it's worth it not get the BEST deal if the boat is immaculate. Seriously that is the nicest boat that anyone has posted on here for consideration in a while. Good luck in your search.
