VRO leak, I think I know the answer but...

My new to me 1987 Evinrude 90hp has a bad fuel leak at the back of the VRO pump. I have determined that the leak is coming from the pulse pin o ring for the "No oil flow" alarm. I noticed the leak when I was pumping the primer bulb and it is a severe leak, not just a little bit of seepage. Is this a common thing to fail with these pumps? Any chance of getting one of these o rings?
I should also mention that the previous owner took the pump apart so who knows, maybe a part is missing??
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

go premix and replace with one of these. they were for the older 115's, and work off the pulse line, just make a bracket for it.
