The motor is all there except the sides of the cover. Is there a web site, I can sell this or part it out. Or is it worth the time too mess with. My father-in-law gave it to me. (sell or scrap)

Ever heard of eBay? Good place to sell parts or even a whole parts motor.

If you decide to work on it and need a manual, I have a non-factory service manual scanned and saved that covers your motor. Send me a Private Message with your email address and I will send you the manual as an attachment to an email message. Good luck!

You will make more parting it on ebay. As it stands it has very little value because it is too big to cheaply ship. Take the major components apart and list them on ebay. People will ping you for smaller specific parts, money can be made if you are up for all the hassle.
