Little help finding the right Chris Craft please

Very new to posting and I didn't know that Chris Craft had their own forum.

I am looking for a Chris Craft that can handle Lake Erie, sleep 4, and has a fairly spacious deck. I would prefer a wood hull, 32-38'. I plan to dock this boat in the Cleveland area.

I had a boat picked out in the Portland area, but shipping was more of an issue than I thought it would be.

Where is the best place to start searching? How do I hire a reputable person to survey the boat? Can I get something decent for $25K give or take?

Do a Google search for wood boats in your area. Also Craigs List and very possibly eBay would turn up some boats.
And by all means have it surveyed. It's a small price to pay for such a large investment - especially wood construction.
