Default Chaparral sending unit wiring

I have a 2003 chaparral 210ssi with a new Wema Systems fuel sending unit. However, the previous owner cut the wires to the sending unit. I just got the new sending unit installed but I am unsure which wires to connect to what. The boat has two wires, a yellow and a red. The fuel sending unit has a pink and a black. According to the wema systems web page, the pink wire on the sending unit is the ground. Can anyone help me figure out what wire to connect the pink and black wire to? The red and yellow wires are the original factory wires. If anyone reading this has a single gas tank chaparral can see the wires clearly through the gas tank access on the deck near the engine housing. If someone wouldn't mind looking for me, I would really appreciate it.

Snoopy,
I would recommend visiting the Chaparral Owners Forum and post your message there. We have a lot of experienced dealers that can help you with that answer. Sheppard is one of them and he is extremely knowledgeable.
