hello, i am a newbe, i just bought a 19 ft maco with a 135 mercury optimax outboard, 1999 fuel injected, my motor seems to be smoking, some days more than others, can anyone give me some advice on what might cause this motor to smoke? thanks

all motors smoke just some more than others depending on age of the motor. and all 2 cycle engines are worse than 4 cycle, due to the oil mixed with gas.. are you mixing the gas the same every time? if you mix a little richer than last time it could be why. and your seals may be going bad also.
