Default Mercury parts express/Part num... Help

I just bought a gorgeous quicksilver 270 dinghy like new with a bunch of addons hard floor, wheels, newer mercury 4.0 (i swear its barely ever been used), oars, seat, quicksilver bag, inflatable keel, etc. but, One thing is missing - the Valve fill adapter. I called a few dealers and they couldn't seem to decipher what in the lords name it is. If it means anything, I'm going to post the Serial no. of the dingy and the part no. of the valve to see if anyone can help me trace a mercury number for this or tell me where on earth you get them.

Oh, and when i go to mercurypartsexpress.com it says access is denied? Does anyone else get this?

BOAT: QUICKSILVER 270 - USA82326K697
VALVE: 690NSBV

Guys, i appreciate anything you can fill me in on.
