This is a 91' Mariner 100 -

Injectors on a carb'd engine. The hoses never get changed because few remember they are there. Ethanol will destroy them in time so they need to be replaced. The injectors are of a very simple needle/spring type, very similar to the float needle in a carb. You can remove the injectors, take them apart and clean them very easily. Getting to them is the time consuming part, (not difficult), which is why they rarely receive attention.
The inline filter is correct but you'll need to use a 1/4" lawnmower filter becasue the original 1/8 is near impossible to find. The orginal 1/8" fuel line can be replaced with 3/16 which is readily avaiable. The smallest of the tubing is 7/64 and I found it at O'reilly's/Kragens. It is red stripe fuel and alcohol rated. If you buy it make sure you get the right one, the other stuff is for windshield washers and is alcohol rated but not petroleum fuel rated. It has a blue stripe.

Here's a little time saver, before you put the carb plate back on, put a few washers and the nuts back on #2 and tighten them up to specs. Then set your thottle cam follower clearance and your accelerator pump clearance. It makes it so much easier when you only have to fight the tension of one carb spring. I always re-check them during final assemby but have never needed to adjust them again.
