regal 2100 lsr prop size

hello i just purchased a 1999 2100 lsr with the volvo 5.0 gi motor wondering if anyone has an idea for a prop. now it has a 14 1/4 X 21 3 blade alum. seems like it maybe a little slugish out of the hole. i'm getting about 52mph on gps but its running about 5200 rpm wot. happy with the top end but would like to get a better take off. without wot going any higher.

An aluminum 4 blade 20" will be an upgrade. An SS 3 blade in the 19" to 21" range will be a bit better.

Your WOT RPMs are high due to the flexing of the aluminum prop you have now, not the pitch of the props. Adding a blade or switching to SS will cure that.
