I own a 21' 1989 Sylvan I/O and this year I can't lower my trim. After a winter in storage I wish to de winterize my boat but now find that my trim won't go down. I know the power is connected to the trim but that's as far as I can investigate. Can anyone tell me how I can do a through check of my trim system, please, I would be much obliged.
