studs on cylinder heads

What is (are) the best way(s) to remove rusty or frozen studs off a cylinder head? I've tried PB Blaster, but it seems that might just take forever.

Anyone...? I'm tired, fed up, and discouraged with this boat.

Grind them, drive on a metric socket, wash off the head part using a Ox/Ac torch(motor out of boat)
