Picked up an 10 HP Evinrude Sportwin Model 10012 at a yard sale. I belive from searching it is an 1956 model. Trying to get it running ( It has sat for numerous years) and have found out the fuel line is rotten. Can someone give me the initial setting for the High and Low fuel carb setting ( like full turned in and then back how much )

1 1/2 out from gently seated on the low speed, about 1 turn from lightly seated for the high speed. These are just the intial adjustments and must be fine-tuned. I usually wind up about 3/4 out on my high speed needle.
