i have a 1988 merc 200. It is very hard to start and when it fires never likes to stay running. I changed the plugs yesterday. And noticed a lot of oil on the plugs. Also there is a fine film of oil on the front motor shroud. Would this be causing my problems with starting . How do I adjust the oiler. Thanks
