motor leg shock mount??

Hey guys, I have an 89 85hp force and the shock mount that is located on the inner side of the motor leg just above the shift linkage is broken. The rubber pad that is sandwiched between the two metal plates is loose and keeps interfering with my shifting. So, I was able to find one on ebay and now im just wondering what im gonna have to do to replace this baby? Do I have to take the damn motor leg off?? If so, How do I go about it? Thanks a million for your time guys!
